Typical Alloys supplied include, Jethete M190, 18/8 Nb Stainless steel, NC 80/20, IN 625, IN 718, Hastelloy X, IN738, FSX414, MARM 918, 6Al-4V Ti, and CP Ti. Holding extensive in-house stocks, we are able to offer delivery to suit your requirements, whether same day through AOG situations, to managed scheduling.
Wires available in either straight length or spool, TIG or MIG, with standard sizes offered between 0.80mm to 3.2mm although non-standard sizes available on request, including fine diameters as low as 0.08mm for critical applications. Package size, labelling and rod identification are bespoke to your needs. All products can be released to meet international standards such as AMS, BS, AWS, MIL, as well as specific Customer purchasing standards.

We also manufacture a range of mechanised welding equipment including the Heat Management VBC InterPulse welding power source for use with crack sensitive super alloys used in Nozzle Guide Vanes and High Pressure Turbine Blades.
