Every system is designed and assembled in-house. We have in-house electronic design and programming ability, allowing us to produce a range of flexible weld controllers suitable for the most demanding automated systems.
Inventor of the unique VBC InterPulse series of controlled heat management TIG sets, we have successfully welded crack sensitive materials such as 718, MAR-M materials and single crystal. Equipment can be purchased or leased. We offer after sales servicing and calibration services.Our standard range of manual, semi automatic and automatic products include: hollow and solid turntables, tilting frames, lathes, cold wire feeders, arc voltage controllers, torch positioners, seam welders, TIG and plasma power sources.
